It’s easy to book a hen party, birthday party or corporate event with City Dance. You can fill out a contact form on our booking page, email or give us a ring on 07711125974. It’s that simple! If you want to book in a 1 Hour Package, just mention this when making a booking request.

Our 2 Hour Dance Packages (complete with Prosecco!) are £25.00pp (minimum 10 People) but if you’re a hen on a budget or a time restriction, we also have the option of a 1.5 Hour Package for £21.50pp, and a 1 Hour Dance Package for £17.50pp. If you’d like to request a package tailored to you, get in touch and we can work out a quote that suits your budget and needs! Just let us know what you’d like when making a booking request and we can tailor the party to your needs!

Absolutely! If you have a smaller group, we just charge the class at a flat fee for the ‘minimum 10’ number, and you just need to split the cost of the class between you!

Each hen party, birthday party or corporate event is between 1-2 hours, (check out our packages page for details of the different classes!) which includes a full masterclass and group routine in your chosen style. If you have any specific requests for timings, just email us at or give us a ring on 07711125974 and we can make sure that we arrange something that’s just right for you.

We simply require a £50 deposit for venue hire when your booking is confirmed with us (you can do this through our Book Now page, or by contacting us by email or phone), and we can get your Party booked in for you! We require the rest of the payment 2 weeks before your party, so we can make all the final confirmations for your party!
Yes! In the past our teachers have choreographed Grease routines, Beyonce routines and even Burlesque routines for hen parties that want a routine to perform at the wedding! If you let us know in advance, we can tailor the class for you with that final goal in mind.
Our Dance Parties are held in bars, nightclubs, function rooms and dance or gym studios, all in central locations of your chosen city. If you have a particular request for the type of venue you would like for your hen do, birthday party or corporate event, do get in touch with us (via or make a Booking Request)  and we will try our best to arrange your party in the perfect venue for you. All parties will take place in private rooms, so you can really let your hair down and dance like nobody’s watching!
YES!!! Our classes are aimed at having fun, and our instructors have years of experience working with all levels of dance. The main aim of our classes is to make sure you and your group, whether it’s a hen party, birthday party or a work party, are having a fantastic time, so our choreographer will move at a pace that suits you, and make sure everyone is having a great afternoon.

A lot of our parties take place in bars, clubs or hotel function suites, where there will be bars you can purchase alcohol from for your party. If your party is in a dance or gym studio, it is unlikely you will be allowed to bring your own alcohol, as most dance studios have a ‘water only’ rule. Do get in touch before the class to find out, and we can let you know what restrictions various venues have!

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, although we do recommend keeping it comfy so you can move around a bit! We more than welcome parties to dress up in the theme of their chosen dance party, whether that means donning a pair of legwarmers for an 80’s Dance Party, something sexy for a Burlesque Party, or getting your flapper girl outfit on for a Roaring 20’s Party! For Hen Weekends, we welcome hen party costumes, hen party sashes and any other hen party fancy dress you want to wear to make you look and feel fabulous for your dance party! We understand that sometimes numbers can go up and down when booking a hen weekend, so we do try to be flexible where possible. If numbers change before the final balance is paid, we can adjust your invoice accordingly (if numbers drop below 10, we will still have to charge a flat fee for the minimum 10 people). However, after the final balance has been paid we cannot offer refunds for any last minute drop-outs or cancellations.

We do understand that it can be tricky to stick to a schedule when organising a hen party, especially in larger groups! If you’re running late for a class however, we cannot change class times last minute, or run over, as venues and instructors for the classes have been hired out for fixed times at a fixed fee, and we have to respect that. Often venues are fully booked on Saturday afternoons, so we cannot run overtime, and have to respect the other bookings venues may have.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds because of classes missed as a result of lateness, as we are still required to pay the venue hire and instructor fee.

We do recommend aiming to get to the area early, and grabbing a drink beforehand to ensure you’re in time, as trains and buses in big cities can be very unreliable at times! All our venues are in city centres, and near to local bars/pubs/restaurants, so there are plenty of spots you and your friends can choose to have a chill before your class!

Once we’ve received the deposit for your booking, we immediately start booking both the venue and your instructor for the class. As majority of the venues we use require payment to secure the bookings, we are generally unable to reduce the class length once booked in. In some cases we may be able to increase the length of the class depending on staff/venue availability, but would have to take this on a case by case basis.

We do understand that due to personal circumstances, cancellations happen sometimes. The £50.00 deposit is non refundable unfortunately, but if you cancel before your final payment is due, you won’t be charged any cancellation fees. Once you’ve paid the final balance, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations unfortunately.

  • Unless you ‘opt in’ City Dance Parties will not send any marketing emails to your address (if you have opted in, we tend to only send 1 or 2 emails a year!)
  • We will only use the contact information provided in your booking request form, or via email to contact you with details regarding your booking request.
  • Your information will not be shared with any third parties outside of City Dance.
  • If you go ahead with your booking, your contact information will be securely stored throughout the booking process until the day of the booking, so that we can contact you with details regarding your booking.
  • After your booking is completed with City Dance, your details will not be stored on our system.
  • If you have filled out a booking request form, but decide not to go ahead with your booking, your contact details will be removed from our system (contact details are automatically removed after 3 months if we do not receive a response or a booking is not secured unless you have chosen to ‘opt in’).
  • If you wish for your details to be removed from our system at any point, you can email and they will be removed immediately.
